Hiking is a popular recreational pastime in Arizona, as a get-away from urban living, while enjoying the beauty and wildlife of nature. Hiking season runs all year in Arizona. Of course, with unpredictable weather and fires, some trails may be closed anytime during the season. The websites for the area will usually inform you of any closures or cautions and we provide links for most of the trails in our directory Search Tucson Pictures

Chicken of The Sea Skinless Boneless Pink Salmon

I saw these 3 oz pouch Salmon pouches at the store and bought a few to try them out. I am not afraid of food in a pouch like some old timers. I've eaten my share of MREs, and the foil pouch technology is much lighter and more compact which makes food in pouches good for storage and packing along on hikes, camping trips, etc.

This Salmon was pretty good. You could taste the salt, in fact it was almost like a slice of ham. A good size for a snack or adding to a meal. I will be buying more next time I see them at the store These cost me $1 each. It has a 'use by' date of 12-2010 (more than two years from now)

Premium wild caught Alaskan, 97% fat free. Skinless & boneless. Fresh, firm, no draining.   Ingredients: Pink Salmon, Water, Vegetable Broth (Contains Soy), and Salt .Certified Kosher

This is salmon caught in Alaska??, but packaged in Thailand, then distributed out of San Diego and still only costs $1
