  Hiking is a popular recreational pastime in Arizona, as a get-away from urban living, while enjoying the beauty and wildlife of nature. Hiking season runs all year in Arizona. Of course, with unpredictable weather and fires, some trails may be closed anytime during the season. Benchmade 940 pre production

      Aluminum and Titanium handle and body, with a Modified Reverse Tanto blade. This blade design is very strong and offers a shape that works for most uses. The easy opening and closing AXIS lock makes this an easy knife to use with one hand (either left or right handed). Aluminum Handle Scales are lightweight and durable.


The standard Benchmade belt / pocket clip can be attached to either side of the knife for lefthanded users. There is no hole for a cord or lanyard

An interesting pattern is cut into the back of the knife
