Hiking is a popular recreational pastime in Arizona, as a get-away from urban living, while enjoying the beauty and wildlife of nature. Hiking season runs all year in Arizona. Of course, with unpredictable weather and fires, some trails may be closed anytime during the season. The websites for the area will usually inform you of any closures or cautions and we provide links for most of the trails in our directory Search Tucson Pictures

Jacobs Park off leash Dog Park

Here are some pictures we took at Jacobs Park off leash dog park in North east Tucson, Arizona. This dog park is out of the way, and a little difficult to find the first time you visit. Once you know where to park, this is a great place to visit. Plenty of shade trees and grass and a fenced in area for dogs to play

There is a gated 'airlock' like all the dog parks so there is little chance of dogs getting out. Once inside the off leash area there is plenty of grass for the dog to run and play
