  Hiking is a popular recreational pastime in Arizona, as a get-away from urban living, while enjoying the beauty and wildlife of nature. Hiking season runs all year in Arizona. Of course, with unpredictable weather and fires, some trails may be closed anytime during the season. Molino Basin Trail no 11
This is the 2 or 3 mile trail (depending on where stop along the way) that connects the trailhead at Prison Camp and the Molino Basin campground. We started at Prison Camp and dropped down into the Molino Basin a few hundred feet, about 2 miles east then headed back up the hill to our vehicle at the trailhead near Prison Camp. This is a nice trail, mildly rugged, used by bicycles it seems from their ruts in the middle of the trail.
